lyrics

All the farmers worked hard tilling these fields. Smiles on their sweaty faces, nine to five and a warm
meal. Now it's expanse is filled with skeletal stalks. The carrots will find out, let's face it, corn talks.
My paw bleeds under this oak tree, whom I let down. Under that oak, surrounded by thorns, we
shouted, “we found love, and died for it!” All the farmers worked hard reaping these fields, but I'm
afraid to see what their harvest yields, 'cause if I'm a man, then you're a joke, well, that's why I don't
stand straight, and leave my chest unswelled. A bird cries as the man gets closer, something bright dies
as the man gets closer. We can't live by candlelight when the man is getting closer. If I peer out thewindow, I know I might see him, or a suggestion of shape suggesting I should fear him. Vocals/Kayla,
Acoustic Guitar/Ethan, Bass/Jeremy, Piano/Kayla, Drums/AJ. Lyrics written by Ethan. Song written
